Forsta Projects have equipped their Mayfair HQ with a smart ventilation control system. This takes data from all over their building and matches the ventilation with the occupancy in different areas of each floor-plate. This ensures optimum air quality at minimum spend.

The automated optimised running patterns shall achieve +50% energy saving.
This is equivalent to over 50 tonnes of CO2 per annum.
